What are the disadvantages to fighting in an opponents gravity well besides the healing/defense structures?
It affects your antimatter regen, right? Anything else?
Depends on your race. Each of them has different bonuses for fighting within their own culture spread. It isn't directly tied to the grav well. Except for the starbase build speed.
TEC get higher AM regen
Advent shield migitation
Vasari damage increase (?)
Yeah, ur right. But... it should be noted: these are ONLY available after researching the appropriate techs! Some being tier 4 or 5 techs if I recall correctly.
Another big disadvantage (in Entrenchment only): strikecraft regenerate slower (-75%?).
