under windows xp you will find it in:

C:\Documents and Settings\"Your Username"\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\debug

maybe some of these folders are hidden by default.

the two folders after the "your username" are by default hidden folders, and you need to unhide the hidden folders,
but as tohklidan showed the xp path but the differences for vista/windows 7 are the initial folder which us "Users", and the two folders after the user name which are '\AppData\Local\' ,
giving C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\debug\

I would also suggest checking the EXACT Case of Each of the lines against a similar ship & also watch out for missing spaces

I had helped a fellow modder with a similar problem in his mod and his problem was missing caps in particular positions of the line.
