Entrenchment Starbases upgrades not correct

Non-terran upgrades don't match

When doing upgrades on non-terran starbases the upgrades do not show what will correctly happen for species specific upgrades. The title is correct but the details are the terrans.

Please fix this. Highly annoying but should be simple fix. I think.

um... what are you talking about? what are terrans? do you mean TEC or Starbases located in Terran planet Grav Wells?

and are you saying that if you purchase lets say a weapon upgrade, its not acutally a weapon upgrade but a trade center upgrade or something similar?
