My Problem is Two fold, firstly I cannot update due to the fact that your system seems to think my email address is not registered to my cd key. I have tried every email address I have ever used and every variation of them. I even tried my friends email address just in case, for reasons given in my second half of my problem.

My friend had left himself logged onto impulse without my knowledge when I bought entrenchment, with my credit card. I will not pay an aditional 20 dollars simply because of an accident that could have been prevented by inactivity log out and clear labeling of who is logged in.

So I need help on your end to correct my email and cd key so I can update, as well as correct the mistake of my purchase on my friends account. I am willing to provide any information you require to verify authenticity.
