I just got my copy a few days ago. When I tried to regaster an acount to play online it said the CD key was already taken. What can I do to play online?
Contact stardock. You will need a copy of your receipt and a picture of the cd-key as evidence I would guess.
Was it second hand by chance? If it wasn't, do what Hack suggested and contact [email protected] for patches, and [email protected] for ICO (online) access.
If it is second hand - you are out of luck. The Terms and Conditions state the license is not transferable (due to the way Impulse allows you to re-download the game without a CD - just using the serial number).
