Where is my collectors edition content

Okay... I'm a pretty smart guy and I have read 4 or 5 posts and I still can't figure out where my printable keycard and music that I am suppossed to be able to download is. I just purchased both the collectors edition of sins and entrenchment today. I purchased the digital downloads only. All the posts I read state that you click on "Download Updates" within the game and it will take you to a link to download this stuff. Everytime I do this it just opens Impulse and takes me to my My Games screen. I have looked through my folders etc. I have registered the game and created a Sins account only. Could someone be real specific for this old dude and explain step by step what I am suppossed to be doing?

they are in .ogg format.

The first link asks me to register my copy of Sins. The second link just asks me to log in.

Upon doing so the only thing available is a link to upgrade to the boxed copy for 5$. This is required for the collectors edition content right?

No, digital download has the CE stuff as well.

There's a login box on the right, use that to log in, don't register. Does it work?

It logs in fine but the only option displayed on that page is the 5$ box copy.

Then you don't have a collector's :) Or it's not recognizing your key as collector's which SD would be able to fix if you care enough about it :P

It worked for me, I just now printed the Keycard and burned the mp3 to a cd to listen to in the car.  Thanks again Annatar11.

Wasn't there some talk about allowing non-collector owners to pay a little bit extra and get the collectors edition content? Would that be what the 5$ is all about?

Nah, the $5 + s/h was for people who bought digital download only in the beta and wanted to upgrade to a box. So for the $5 plus shipping they'd send you the box to go with your digital download.
