[Bug] Phase Stabilization and Jump Routes

I was playing a big 4p match against the AI, and after getting to the late game, I decided to use my Kostura Canons to stabilize the phase space around the enemy homeworld, and my Marauder to let my fleet jump from its current location in enemy territory to the enemy capital (I <3 Vasari).  However, this strategem didn't work because the fleet insisted on back-tracking to the nearest planet with a phase stabilizer structure in order to actually make the jump to the enemy capital.  The system which my fleet was currently in showed up as having a phase stabilizer on the planetary infocard, but the ships' jump calculations refused to take this into account.  I have a save game if needed.

Any suggestions?

Cry and hope it finally gets fixed, as I am doing.
In the meantime, try to jump from another planet.

The bug is not isolated to just the Kos Cannon.  I noticed that in the phase gates as well.  Basically even if you have just craeted two phase gates and want to use them immediately, you cant.  There like a delay of 10 mins before the game decides you can use phase gates.  once the delay is over the bug is gone.  Cannon and phase gates work. Blair thoughts?

This is without saying in entrenchment

Don't ask Blair for thoughts. This bug has been around for YEARZ. It's may pop up everywhere and anywhere there are two phase gates involved, regardless of whether these are just built or old as the hills (stars), made by starbase, Marauder or Kostura. It's deep in the ass of the phase stabilizer mechanics, somewhere, and so far they couldn't dig it out. There were already five threads about it that I can recall, so don't let your hopes fly.

Shucks, 'tis a shame that this doesn't have an easy solution.  The problem also seems to exten to Starbases creating phase gates in the area of a star, I've never gotten those to work, even though the other ones *sometimes* do. :(

the starbase phase gate .entity files don't turn stars into stabilizer nodes by default... you need to mod it in.  I wrote up instructions on how to do that once, if you're interested.

Calienon, I can't unpack forge for some stupid reason after I downloaded it, but I would be interested in a mod that makes a vasari starbase a permanant phase stabilizer after you research the current tech, and use the point in it etc...
