Update error

I can't download the update from yesterday. I keep getting this message:

Error: Non-negative number required.
Parameter name: value

Any ideas? I can't play online now b/c I can't download this 12kb update that probably doesn't even do anything.

and before you say it is my antivirus i tried this with antivirus and firewall disabled.
