I am attempting to mod my game and I go onto the game, into the mod area and select the show mod file location "Or whatever it is" It tells me :c/documents and settings/"Administrator"/application data/ironclad games/sins of a solar empire/mods-v1.16

So I look for the file in my application date of my administrator files and ironclad games are not on the list at all. I got into all users and that file has ironclad games listed on it, but when I go into ironclad games and then into sins of a solar emire, it only has a folder labeled lisence and no other files are in there. This is confusing to me, because if the game is not in the file it says it is running out of, how am I running the game?

When I minimise my sins game a second time, it shows a error and does a dump, completely closing sins down.

I have also selected to show hiden files so I know there are no files hidden in this location.

All help will be greatly appreciated, I wish to play some modded games.
