switching voice language GER->ENG

After getting a new PC, I installed the game in German, but I don´t like the German sounds. So I reinstalled today (Sins and entreachment) and reinstalled in English. Now the text in the game is English but the sounds are still in German. Has anyone any idea how to switch these sound files back to english? I tried to delete the "Sounds" folder and used the "Update" option in the Impule client but after downloading the 200 mb guess what happend: it downloaded the German sounds again

I had the same problem once. Complete un- and re-install should work.
