ICO Lobby Not Showing at Login Problem - Online Multiplayer needs some attention please

...before no one plays the game online anymore.

 

Ironclad, Stardock, are you guys aware that when people log onto ICO now all they see is a blank page without any chat channels?  They can't even find the chat Lobby with the Change/Create Channel button unless they know enough to type in "Lobby" as the channel.  From what I can tell, it's been like this for over a day and it's becoming a problem.

Is anyone aware of this?

This isn't a problem for me personally since I know my way around, but newer players will get confused.

This is a big problem.  Some games also aren't showing up either.  It's really annoying.

Thanks for posting this info. I got fed up with trying to play Demigod Multiplayer today and figured I would boot up Sin's. I was worried it had died, ie no more interest. I'll try again later.

Oh, you can try it right now.  You just need to find the Lobby channel initially on your own.  It's easy.

Clikc the <Create/Change Channel> button and then enter "Lobby" and <Accept>.  You'll then be taken to the Lobby channel.

Yeah, can't see any rooms here either. I also have not, so far, been able to see games.

Still no response or acknowledgement of the problem from anyone at Stardock or Ironclad as far as I know.  In the meantime, now you can't even join the Lobby channel.

It seems slightly different after the fix?  Also, it seems odd to have a few lobbies, but no separate lobbies for non-expansion and expansion players?

It looks like it's just been fixed.  Hopefully we won't lose the Lobby 1 channel again.  (Why it gets lost when the other standard channels that no one ever uses always seem to be up, I'll never know.)
