Just for all those who have a similar problem with Galaxy Forge, where you open it and get the message "Galaxy Forge Has Encountered A Problem And Has To Close" - You MUST install NET Framwork 3.5 from the Microsofts sight: link here

This has been discussed before but i thought i would make a dedicated thread to it so people can find the solution right away. If Galaxy forge still dosent work after installing NET framwork 3.5 then try searching the threads for other solutions. But this is a common one.
