Install problems

I bought Sins a week or so ago and tried installing it, but kept getting the following error:

 

Error getting file security: D:\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Activate.exe GetLastError: 5

 

I went back to ebgames and exchanged copies, but it still won't install. I've had a look around online and can't find any solutions. Has anyone else had this problem? more importantly, does anyone know how to fix it?

Register the game with Impulse and you can download it...

Found a solution finally. Share the drive that you're going to it install it on and it seems to work. Hope that helps anyone else that has this issue.
