Adding more constructors to a building!

Any way to allow more thanone constructor at a time when it comes to building structures...

 

You know to lighten the load its a drag when you have 1 building to build and 4 constructos and only one works when all 4 could make it in 4 times less time...

Advent constructor ships already have an ability that allows for something like this once it is researched.

the tech name is comunal labour it is a level 2 advent harmony psi tech

(too much coding..I don't see it in game tech tree but find it easily by playing around files ;)
