GalCiv 2 Twlight Obsolete buildings still on constrution list

Im having trouble with my game. This problem has not happen before today, I started playing and reseacrhin up the tech tree for my factories and I managed to unlock Industrial Sector yet ever factory from Xeno factory to manufacting center was still on the list. I know that obsolete buildings are suppose to be removed from the list when you research new and better buildings. Any thoughts?

There are 3 tabs above the construction list. Make sure that the Newest tab is active. Hope that helps.
