I cant find certain mods on SinsofaSolarEmpire.com

from Stardock Forums

i went in early last night, and there were 8 pages of mods, i go in now and there are only 5 pages, and regardless, i cant find certain mods

one in particular im looking for is the Sacrifice Of Angels mod...

on a side note, that entire site, winCustomise, is very hard to navigate. there is no point bitching about it now, but idn

 

im just wondering if anyone else has this same problem, and, even better, if there is a way around it

 

also, ive downloaded a bunch of mods... idn, i cant seem to find any that work with entrenchment v1.02 or Sins v1.16

is that because people havent updated their mods to cope with new versions, or am i doing something wrong... i know of something i need to do like open some text file and change the version number... idn... is there a specific location on the forums i should look for all this info... i feel so noobish X(

how exactly do i find the mods forum without a link? the link 'filepath' you gave me just says home and an arrow...

odd, when i clicked on the link in firefox 3.0.0.10 the link took me to the forum thread for soa, but if you were to follow the modding link you should find the mods threads

also which browser are you using?

im reading the forums via Impulse, but i have IE8...

and i got the thread for Soa, but i couldnt see a 'file path'...

for instance at the top of my screen, i can see a path in green text that looks like Home > My Games > Stardock Games > Sins of a Solar Empire

with the link you gave me, the same place on the screen just says Home >

what im looking for is the page with all the threads about modding, just like Sins has its own page...

idn if im being clear... sorry...

by the way you also can use other browsers like firefox,opera and chrome. thay all work in the https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com areas

also if you find a mod or page that you like just bookmark it it takes secs to do and a few more to del when ur done
