A little forum help, please?

Hi. In the forums, I try to refresh so I can get the recent posts (this is needed in Banned!: The Forum Game!). Yet, somehow, even if I do it, people who post a minute after me come up 5 minutes later eveen WHEN I refresh. Any tips?
