The shield restore ability info card these days not only says it restores shields but for a brief time it boosts shield mitigation but each time I use it in battle I see no boost in shield mitigation, is the infocard wrong or was this not done?
According to the data it just restores X amount of shield. So the infocard is just wrong.
As far as I know, it boost the max mitigation for a short period. So if the ship your sheid restoring is not at full mitigitation when you cast it then you might not notice the change
I have used it on things that were getting beat on (Kol) and I saw 0 increase in mitigation so IF it is suppose to be in there, it is not working for me and apparently might not even be in the data.
Like I've said before: It just restores shield. It doesn't call the ShieldMitigation modifier at all.
