Hi.. I am new to the game, downloaded Entrenchment and have been playing only single player in an attempt to get familiar with the game..

I have played for a few days now but don't see the option to create starbases anywhere.. I have looked in the achievements area and clicked everything that can build stuff but don't even see the starbases grey'd out.. Should I see them somewhere right from the start (Like frigates etc..) Where might I find them and how do I get them unlocked so I can build one?
