The kind that squeaks if you squeeze too hard. In other words I use what's available. You know...the one with the really long tail, short tiny feet long snout with lots of whiskers type thing.

I use a $40 Logitech mouse, one of those wonderful ones which fits to your hand. It manages to fend off hand pain in all but Mount and Blade. Shooting horseman from on a horse with a bow and arrow requires very fine hand mvoements which hurt after only a few hours...

You think yours is dead? Before mine died it was a Logitech MX Revolution.

I use a KTEC-6500 (costs around 15 to 20 euro only but is hard to get). I love small, very light mice with no fluff. Only backdraw of this mouse is the not so good mousewheel but I got used to it. Generally if you play a lot of RTS you should get a small and light mouse - how small depends on your hand size of course. My brother uses the Logitech G1 which is a really nice mouse too.

Just as a sidenote, most korean starcraft progamers use the logitech optical mini nowadays. Most important thing of all is that the mouse feels good in your hand as you have set the correct sensitivity.

Right now I am using a Microsoft Wireless Lasor mouse. Not too bad....

Logitech MX510, its lasted me years....I bought it when they first came out. I had a short stint with that MS licensed Razer mouse, but the cord went out on me in under a year, and I am not even that tough on mice.

I just use the mouse that came in the box
