Ok well here is the deal when i move my mouse the screen lags. runs perfect when i dont touch the mouse. I've encountered this problem on other game and there is a hardware mouse toggle someone where to solve it. I can not seem to find it in options under video.... any solutions?
You've got to have one hell of a fancy cursor animation to cause a lag

Please post a dxdiag report. You can do so by:
Click Start->Run-> type in dxdiag and click OK.
Once it finishes, click the Save All button, give it a name, then open that file up in Notepad, copy+paste everything to pastebin.com or similar, and post the link here (please do not paste the report directly here as very long texts like that can make the page difficult to read).
for one think im not using cursor annimation second is its the game lagging when i move the mouse for some strange reason happens on world of warcraft if i have hardware mouse toggled...
