Registration Problems. Please Help

its telling me to register my product using the serial code. I've tried the code on the back of the Instruction Manual, and it's not registering. Anyhelp would be appreciated. Just send me a message if you can help!!!

Does it say it's already registered, or that it's invalid?

In either case, you should contact [email protected]. If it says already registered however, there's not much they can do, since you either bought second-hand, or the store you got it from resold a used copy as new (Gamestop is known to do this and it's likely not the only one). If it says invalid, then they should be able to straighten you out.

yeah it says its invalid. whatever that means, and i sent them a message, and i'm just waiting on them to send me a message back. I'm really good at the game. Thanks for your help.

They should get back to you fairly quickly. If you want you can also jump on irc.stardock.com #stardock and see if anyone is free, I don't know how their ticket queues are looking these days.

I forgot to mention, they might ask for proof of purchase, picture/copy of the receipt or something like that, I'm not sure.
