Adding 2 prereqs to an ability (mutually exclusive)

Doubt its possible but any way to add mutually exclusive prereqs to an ability!

Ie. you can use it IF you have THIS research..or THAT ONE over there??

PLEASE help....it's urgent (when is it not )
