Help!!! CDkey already registered.

i need to know if im just screwed or if there is some hope but i had previously had an account on this game but i cant remember my account name or my password and i have switched my email since then.

So the problem is when i go to make a new acount it says my CDKey is already registered so i cant make a new account. So am i screwed or can i fix it?

the best advice is to email support at stardock.com with the old email account and serial number and ask them to help
