Impulse Always Says "Server not responding..." At Any Internet Speed

First of all, I have dial-up, but Impulse works at least a month ago, but now it always says "Server not responding, please check your internet connection" at any dial-up speed. Plz help, if you can, it WAS working before, now it just doesn't...

I'm now running on high speed (48mb/s) and it still says it, plz, can anyone tell me why this is happening? Is it my computer?
