As far as I know, Entrenchment is only available through Impulse...
Could you buy yourself a visa gift card?
Then buy yourself Entrenchment on impulse with it?
Pay Pal and CC are your only options, unless you get a DEBIT Visa/Mastercard....
Or someone else with a credit card to buy it for you, and you can pay them back in cold hard cash
