Suddenly, scouts, thousands of them! Regardless, only advent and, to some exstent, TEC scouts are combat worthy. TEC scouts, can actualy ruin economy rather fast, since it take 6-8 scouts to detonate a tradeport. And you can reuse the ability later, albeit allot later, 5 minute recharge is long

It's 900 secs actually. 15 minutes. Bit of a dealbreaker there. Odds are the scout won't live to do it again.

Nothing prevents you from scuttling scouts and then building new ones :)

200 creds = 60 cred scuttle

Is 140 credits all that much?  Continuous scout spamfest.
