Questions for Enternchment

 So, i have a few questions.

1. Can the Vasari's Kostura Cannon disable enemy starbases.

2. Can the TEC and Advent starbases rotate in a fight.

3. What's a better strategy when getting upgrades for starbases: better defense, or better offense.

 

Any answers would be helpful. Also, if you have any questions, post them here and they might get answered.

1) don't know

2) doesn't matter; their firing arc is 360 degrees, so they really have no "facing angle"

3) typically your first point should be defense, but after that it totally depends on the situation.

Darvin already answered to of your questions, but to answer your first, yes, the Kostura cannon does disable SB's but not for very long, and it doesn't do very much damage to them.
