on top of that, impulse download is junk, telling me I'm downloading at 3.38 meg/s (megabytes, not megabits) and it's hanging.. great software, oh not to mention you click on the download it it says the server doesn't have that file request.. good job.
Mine gets to the verify step on the update for Sins, and hung there for over an hour before I shut Impulse down.
Do you have Impulse?
Because if you don't, theres your problem.
The games should close, open impulse and start the download when you click on the update button. If it dosen't, do it manually, its not that hard
If it gets stuck on verifying, disable your AV temporarily and restart Impulse with admin rights (right click > Run as Admin). One of those two is holding up the files and preventing Impulse from finishing.
