will this is great th second game from starduct that i can't get upgrdes or updates from. i have entered the right product key and e-mail address and still it says i have the wrong product key and email address. would love to contact starduct but they don't have a contact site. almost like they want to sell their product but then don't want to help out.

They've always gotten to me within 24 hours (though that's not a promise).  They won't right now because, well, it's the weekend and a holiday at that.  I'm  sure they'll help you out, though.  This should be a fairly straight-forward problem for them.

 

And please don't whine.  You're less likely to get help that way.

Assuming you start from the Sins website, you can click on the Stardock logo on the bottom of the page.  That'll take you to Stardock's website, where you can then go to the Support section for all sorts of help.  And there is a 'Contact Us' page there as well.  It's not difficult to find. ;)

Well I feel your pain.  I have never been able to play my version on line and I have had it for almost a year.  I put in the right product key but it says wrong version.  I am registered at the site but apparently my product key is wrong.  And stardock has never returned my emails but they have the time to flood my email with junk.  Which is why I will never waste my time or money onb anything iron clad again.

If your having trouble registering your game contact [email protected] or [email protected] , either of them will be able to point out whats wrong and direct you how to fix it.

Please note that it was a holiday weekend in the US, so Stardock might be a day or 2 before getting you an responce. First come, first answer rule. No one said either was perfect but both have had some of the best Customer service Ive seen. Make sure to check your spam filters when waiting for a responce, alot of times their support responces get automaticaly filtered by email providers. People see no responce and assume support doesnt care...

Also you will need to download Impulse also to update your game to the current version to play on ICO with other players. Also if you plan to play alot online on ICO it be best to go ahead and get Entrechment also, since the majority of games are now played on that.
