graphic help

Hi everyone Ive been playing Sins for over a year now and during the pass year Ive been having difficulties with the graphics.  Im new to the forums so I havent gotten the chance to read any other posts that could solve my problem.    The game would run great for awhile but then the game would freeze for a minute then it would go black and return to the game as if nothing happened.  This happens random can be every minute or so up to an hour.  I have my options on everything low and unchecked everything so I dont over use my graphics card.  I would get a pop up saying my graphic card had an unexpected error.  I didnt bother fixing it since it just stops for a minute or so and return right back to the game it didnt bother me but now Im feeling like I want to play un-interrupted.  I have a Gateway PC with Vista Ultimate OS and my graphics card is a nVidia GeForce 7300LE.  If anyone knows how to stop the random freezing plz help!  Thank You

Driver resets were a common issue with older Vista nVidia drivers. Try updating them if they're not the latest.

all my drivers are up to date (just checked)  but while messing with the options in-game I increased the refresh rate and turned off the anti-aliasing in the video option and I havent had any freezes...although my HUD does flicker every so often but it doesnt annoy me I just played 6 hours straight with no freezes so Im happy now lol
