I was changing around my in-game settings so my game wouldnt freeze (if you read my graphic help post a few days ago) just this morning I turned the graphics on highest and when I went to play everything went well...but one time I zoomed onto a capital ship that was about to go into phase space. as it launched itself  half way to the next planet the white-ish blue-ish tunnel that forms around the ship in phase space suddenly dissapeared...once the ship arrived at its desination the ship suddenly dissapeared...I mean completely vanished...couldnt click on where it stopped, wasnt in the list of ships, or in the drop down menu of the list of planets.  I saved my game a few moments before that happened and when I loaded the game and resetted my setting back where it was before this happened the ship didnt load where it was right when I save game.  Any ideas how I can recover my lost ship? or fix this before it happens in future games?
