registration problem

can't register SoaSE

Hello,

I just bought Entrenchement online, so i downloaded Impulse and create an account. But when i try to install Entrenchement from Impulse, it says me that Sins of a Solar Empire is not registred. So I tryed to register it but it refuses, saying my serial or my email is wrong.

I don't remember well if i activated SoaSE before, but none of my usual email adresses work. By the way, i had the original DVD of the game, with the manual and the serial number paste on it so... why can't I register my game?

Anyone got a solution to my problem and know how to unlock this registration problem?
