update... where?

okay, so not too long ago i got sins entrenchment, and i love it. but now that i've played it to death i would like to start playing with mods... simple, right? well, for some reason impulse doesn't register sins as being installed, so i can't update it to 1.03, so i can't get any good mods :'( so yeah, if anyone knows how to fix this, or knows of an alternate place to download the update, that would be wonderful.

Hey Guys,

 

I own sins and I want to play online, but i have to download the patch 1st.  However the stardock website sends me to impulse and impulse wants me to purchase the game.  how the frig to i get the patch to play online?
