Email validation for Sins of a Solar Empire Error

I tried today to validate my new account for download the patches. I typed all the things i need to do ,email adress, serial etc. First thing was i dont get any email adress, then i pressed resend and get this email

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadDataInternal(Uri address, WebRequest& request)
at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadData(Uri address)
at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadData(String address)
at Stardock.Net.WebToolbox.DownloadPage(String Url) in E:\projects\Libs\dotNet20\Stardock.Net\Toolboxen\WebToolbox.vb:line 15

I tried it again and the same email was send.

Hope you can help me with that

Your OP seems specific enough that I'm guessing they'll know exactly what the problem was. Even if not, they're pretty good about helping you fix things. I'd expect at least a day turn-around time, since they'll be catching up with weekend emails today.
