I just installed Windows 7 on the last computer in my house.  After getting Impulse and Sins of a Solar Empire installed, Sins isn't working properly.  It worked fine on the computer previously when it was running Vista, but now with Windows 7 I have a very strange problem with all UI elements missing on all the menu screens and in the game.  I've installed the latest NVIDIA drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, but nothing has been able to fix it.

I'd be most grateful if anyone could suggest a solution to this problem.  Sins works perfectly on all the other computers in the house running Windows 7.  I'm not sure why this one is having so much trouble.
