I found a new favorite screensaver. It's not very remarkable in what it does, as it simply displays time and date, but the design just rocks my world. :D

Whatever happened to the screensavers with newsfeeds and weather and pics?  MSN had a beta, but a few skinners were making their own and they were pretty nice.

There's a screensaver module for samurize. I've used it successfully for just that. :)

It's not the easiest bit of software to use though.

Remember back in 1992 there was a free screensaver called PointCast that did the same thing.

It was too brutal on the bandwidth during a time when we were still on dial-up though.
