lost movement

I just downloaded v1.3 for entrenchment and now i can not move the screen to the right or down with the mouse and arrow keys? WTF? Any one else have this problem?

I had this problam with vanilla Sins some time ago.

Dissapeared on its own after a while. Beats me why.

did you enable the "Enable auto strafe" it is the option below the Zoom to cursor
