The game went 28 minutes.

From my experience against the PC Gamer team last night, they flag cap far, far too often - we kept pace with them on war score without locking, while they spend a couple thousand on cap locks.  I'd imagine that PCG ran up the warscore here, but were forced to play a conservative game due to being out itemized and facing a reg that can snipe in at any time.  I suspect that akil was able to get a kill or two, especially against Norman's sometimes aggressive stance.  As the game dragged on to giants, PCG were able to get the items they needed, and reg's firepower was lessened and Norman's UB build took hold, pushing them back until the creeps could finish off the citadel.
