Dev question: Does size matter (distributed on Impulse)?

Downloadsize taken into account for future server mait/load costs.

Does download size factor into weather you will carry a game? It is my understanding that one of Impulse's main selling points is giving people the option to re-download their purchased games from years back. This obviously has a coat in terms of future bandwidth.

 

Also do you ever hold this in one's mind while writing games. "If I can squeeze off a few hundred MB-GB, then we can save Stardock an estimated $N in bandwidth over 10 years"

Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance is carried on Impulse and is somewhere around 8GB.
