Spawining Structures for Factions and Setting Picture Groups

Okay, two questions:

1. How do I have structures spawn for a faction in galaxy forge, such as a lab or a defense platform?

2. How do I set it so that for one player he has to pick from the TEC old-man-with-red-hat and Advent/Vasari pics that go along with it and then for another have to pick from the TEC bald-dude-with-orange-tattoos (if you know what I'm talking about)?

1. You add them in Galaxyscenariodef.

2. Not possible, all players have access to all portrait types.

another way is to place the items you want to spawn into a template and place the template on the planet
