Modding Starbases... Help??

Having just started to play around with a few settings on starbases I am wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

Simply, I want to increase the hitpoints / shields of a starbase to make them actually feel much more like a starbase. Aswell as raise their weapon damage. While I have an idea on the damage I cant seem to figure out what to change for increasing its shields and hitpoints.

Look for the Starbase upgrade entities in GameInfo. IIRC, they're towards the end of the folder.

Thanks kitkun found it, simply played with the StarbaseToughness upgrades now they are what I would call a starbase.
