WIndowed mode

Cant find user.settings

Hey! Ive just bought this game and im really looking forward to playing!

However! for reasons I wont waste your time with, I am unable to play games in full screen mode, can only play them in windowed

Which im totally fine with! so long as i can make a game windowed, a quick googlse search for SOASE windowed mode brought me to a FAQ type page which said i should edit the command in the user.settings folder.

My problem is I cant locate this folder! any help on locating it? if you want i can post a picture of my SOASE folder to show you its not there

Vista:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\

Please note that some of these directories are hidden by default. To unhide them, go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View and set yourself to view hidden files and folders.

Sorry to be a pain, but does this apply to SOASE being installed from Impulse? I just cant find the Ironclad games folder in either Hard Drive

Phew! finally found it, thanks for your reply :P it seems i missed one step after setting show hidden files and folders too on
