Increasing Capital ship name length

Im looking to increase the amount of letters I can use when renaming ships ingame, I have searched for a similar topic, but couldn't find it.

I'd like to go from 13 up to 25,

bearing in mind I don't MOD, so if anyone has managed to do this I'd love to know how.

And, with Mooster's response in mind, the best we can really hope for is that they include that in Diplomacy or a future update. So, if you want it, your best bet would be to show some support for the increase. I know I'm definitely in favor of it.

Yeah, I'd also like to see they increase the maximum length for map descriptions (currently capped at 255). But I doubt they will do either of these things.
