cant play multiplayer games

I have all the updates for sins including version 1.17 but when I try to play ICO games it says to make sure I have the latest update.  Please help.

Make sure that IcoServerPort in your user.setting file is pointing to port 7000 and not port 6000.

I have version 1.19 and it tells me the same thing. How would i fix it with the method you are describing about the Icoserver port?

^Well actually I think the most recent version is 1.191 (if you haven't updated your game in a while there was a hotfix a ways back). Anyways, your user.settings file is in the Settings folder of the Sins of a Solar Empire AppData folder (where mods go). Find that file and make sure this line is in the file.

IcoServerPort 7000

If you can't find it tell me your operating system and I can give an exact path.
