Buying for myself on a second computer?

Hi. I have two computers. One is my laptop, and the other is the gaming desktop in my room. I have decided to buy the game; but before I do, I'd like to know if I can download the game onto my laptop, put it on a usb; and move it onto my gaming desktop. Also, can I do the same thing for any updates/mods? Thank you for your help.

Yeah don't bother with the USB thing. Just download Impulse, register and activate the game on both pc's and you're ready to go.
