Translating the Galaxy Forge tool... How?

Hello everyone

I'm new modding user, and I have a doubt. With the permission from Stardock and Ironclad, I would translate the Galaxy forge tool into Spanish, my language. What is the file containing the texts of the application? What program could use to edit?
