If you've lost your serial key and you did previously register it, you can recover it by entering the email address you registered it to at support.stardock.com. If you did not previously register it with us then we won't have it either, and unfortunately the only option at that point would be to purchase a new serial key (which is available at a discount compared to bujying another copy outright).
