Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

get ss, only to have the latest mods, dowI without mods will make you cry (once you tried them)

since the ss campaign can't be any worse, dc is superior

reason why ss sucks: too linear system, space marines = spess mehhrienes, bad implimantation of flyers, total fluff rape with the sisters of battle, boring stronghold missions, the bases that you build are not saved, so whenever you defend you have to rebuild from scratch, ss is such a downgrade campaing wise from dc it is not even funny

Yeah, I think I will probably go with DC instead of SS, as well as the fact that DC is $10 cheaper on Impulse (and probably other locations as well).

As for the total fluff wreck with the Sisters of Battle, how did the manage to wreck it? I ask mostly because I'm not very familiar with the Adepta Sororitas.

I'm not quite sure what you mean with "Space Marines=Spess Mehhrienes", but I gather that it's your opinion that the SM are either OP or UP?

EDIT: also, IG Chimeras are described as amphibious. Are there maps that have deep water (that is, water deep enough to necessitate an amphibious vehicle), and if so, can the Chimera "float" across said body of water?

There are maps with thin streams of water. I'm sure they're going for rivers, but a creek is as much as you get. I never noticed the Chimera crossing where others couldn't but most of the time there are so many crossing points or other obstacles along the water that I never noticed the necessity for anything amphibious.

GO ME!! =)

How did you do it and can it be replicated?

If it involves a shover and a bag of quicklime, I know that trick, so no need to explain.

@Whiskey: what really got me angry about the SoB is their faith system, the sisters have a third resource from which they pay their abilities and ironlore made it look like faith is used to cast magic (which only psykers can do) therby totally misunderstanding what the fluff has to say about it: faith doesn't alow you to do magic, it allows you to do outstanding things that a normal person with doubt, self interesst and fear simply would not do.

Oh, I see now. Yeah, I can see how Ironlore messed that up.

@Draak- mebbe I will mek sum mapz with lotz o' waterz!! 'N then I'll stomp sum 'umiez!!

Orks are the funniest sounding race. Probably the only one I think that sounds better is a few Guard/Tau units, some Chaos infantry, and some of the SM infantry.

And oddly enough, they're English.

install the french version and they are french :P

Well, I mean that they have a decidedly English accent. I'm sure the voice actors for the French version would be hard pressed to speak French with an English accent and make it not tear ears.

Data was a regular character in Star Trek: The Next Generation, an android modeled after a human male. Although he was considered unique at one point, it was discovered that his creator had several generations built, each more advanced than the previous. One of the last was Lore, an android looking exactly like Data, but with advanced human elements incorporated, such as emotions. Lore developed his ambitions beyond those of Data, including the ambition of controlling his own empire, which he nearly did before he was defeated at the hands of Data, who had him deactivated and disassembled. Although one can argue that an android is neither male nor female, Data possessed fully functional male components, thus being treated by others as such.

eww, a robot that has functional male "components".

Yes, there is actually one reported scenario where he did in fact have sex. Apparently she both enjoyed it on a physical level and was content with having a partner who had no emotional needs. Doesn't sound like a bad idea sometimes, huh?

wasn't that with the female(tasha yar) that was killed by the blob?,

and didn't she tell him it did NOT happen

They were always close, but they slept together when she was intoxicated, so she wasn't totally happy about the situation. They did remain very close after that, although forgoing much intimacy. She was happy though that he was unemotional and good at keeping secrets, thus allowing them a continued friendship.

She died in our reality by a blob (forget its name), but died in one alternate reality at the hands of Romulans and in an unfixed alternate (created by Q) when the Enterprise exploded.

Keep in mind that despite what any other character says, Data will not lie unless it fits within his duties. No one has yet to know enough about his positronic matrix to reprogram him, not even the Borg.

ah yes the interesting sex life of fictional characters
