Vista desktop theme/customization - World of Warcraft UI

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any sort of customization/theme that would make the desktop/sidebars/start bar in Windows Vista look like the User Interface from World of Warcraft (or any other MMORPG), complete with shelves of small buttons and status bars.
